    Event day

This is a timed event, and your entry window is when you are invited to attend.

While you can arrive at any time during your entry window, we recommend arriving a maximum of 15 minutes before your entry window.

Please be punctual. Entry will be restricted to the window listed on your ticket, so you may not be able to enter if you miss your time slot. Your punctuality will help us create as smooth an experience as possible for everyone.

    • Late arrivals: Please be punctual. If you arrive later than your ticketed entry time, we cannot guarantee entry into the event. Please note: as long as you arrive and check in during the entry time listed on your ticket, you will be guaranteed entry into the event, even if there are delays.

Sessions will last approximately four hours.

At the end of each session, visitors will be asked to leave to allow time to prepare for the next session. If you are delayed, the last entry is 30 minutes before the end of each session. Please aim to arrive early in your entry window to maximise your time at the event.

No, there will be no food or beverages available at the event, either for free or to purchase. Please note that it is also not permitted to bring food or beverages, other than sealed 500ml water bottles, into the event.
