Tickets
Tickets will be made available through a free-to-enter, randomly selected draw. Enter the draw anytime during the registration period for a chance to attend.
Registrations for the London event are open from January 17th at 14:00 (UK time) until January 26th at 23:59 (UK time).
A free Nintendo Account is required to register. It is only possible to register for one event across Europe.
You can register for a chance to receive tickets as an individual or as a group of up to six people. To register for the draw, you must be at least 18 years old and have a Nintendo Account. If you are registering as a group, each member of the group must have a Nintendo Account that is linked to the same Nintendo Account Family group. If someone under the age of 16 wants to attend, a parent or guardian can create a Nintendo Account for a child as part of a Nintendo Account Family group.

How do I get tickets?
Nintendo Switch 2 Experience: London requires an entry ticket received from a free-to-enter, randomly selected draw.
You can register for the randomly selected draw at any time before Sunday January 26th at 23:59 (UK time). The draw is free to enter. Please note there is no guarantee you will be selected to receive a ticket.
When you register, you can select the number of tickets you are requesting and the session you’d like to attend.
To register for the draw, you must be at least 18 years old and have a Nintendo Account. If you are registering for a group of two or more, including if your group includes registrants aged 7 - 17 years old, each member of your group must have a Nintendo Account that is linked to the same Nintendo Account family group.
If someone under the age of 16 wants to attend, a parent or guardian can create a Nintendo Account for them as part of a Nintendo Account family group.
All attendees in the same group must attend the same session together.
All registrants must be residents of the EU, EEA, or UK.
Will event tickets be available on the day so I can join the event even if I don’t win the draw?
No, walk-up tickets on the days of the events will not be available. Please do not travel to the event if you do not have a ticket.
How will I be notified if I’m selected to receive event tickets (or if I’m not selected)?
After the draw closes, an email will be sent to the email address associated with your Nintendo Account (individual ticket) or to the email address associated to the person registering for a Nintendo Account family group (group tickets).
Please be sure to add no-reply@noa.nintendo.com to your safe sender list, and check your email account’s Junk, Spam, or Promotions folder.
